In homes, workplaces, retreats, yoga studios, recovery groups, community centers, outdoor spaces, churches…almost anywhere you can think of!

• Who can receive acupuncture? ANYONE! From centenarians to infants, people of all religious persuasions, ethnicities, body sizes and gender identities. I want to make acupuncture accessible to EVERYONE.
• What do I need to do? Set aside about an hour of quiet time. Wear cozy clothing. Relax.
• When are home visits offered? 7 days per week. 8 am – 8 pm. (appointment only)
• Where do I need to be? Recliner, sofa, bed, yoga mat, lawn chair…wherever you feel comfortable.
• Why do people get acupuncture? People most often receive acupuncture to address pain anywhere on the body (back, neck, knees, shoulders, TMJ, etc) and to relieve stress or anything stemming from stress (insomnia, anxiety, depression, headaches, etc). But some people like acupuncture so much, they don’t wait for anything to be really “wrong” – they use it as a tool to get healthy and stay healthy!
• How will I do this? Chase the kids away. (Or invite them to join you!) Turn your cell phone off and relaxing music on. (Or rest in silence – it’s up to you!) Roll your pants/skirt to knees and shirt sleeves to elbows. Then just close your eyes to sleep or meditate.
